"Beautiful hotel on the lake and within 5 minute walk to Locarno train station. Great breakfast on a terrace served daily. Friendly staff and very helpful especially Stephanie! Loved the Ticino Pass which allowed for complimentary travel throughout Ticino canton and discounts as well to attractions."

"We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better."

"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The hotel provided umbrellas, which was nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located right by the highway and a semi truck parking lot. Nothing wrong with that when passing by and need to rest."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay ."
