"The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. The location is excellent and the morning breakfast is more than adequate. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Rouen."

"We stayed for three nights. On our first night there was a problem with the AC so we were moved to an upgraded room for the following two nights. They were very helpful and understanding. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and vibes inside the hotel. We made use of the spa too which was lovely."

"Non suelement il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé, mais il n'y avait pas pas de ventilateur. J'ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Les moustiques s'en sont donnés àcoeur joie. Par contre, le personnel a été très gentil, j'étais au 6ièmeétage et ils m'ont donné une autre chambre au 2ième étage. Il faissait moins chaud, mais pas pour la peine."
