"The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. I was not offered any compensation for my stay, I was told "leave now and you can have a refund" We had nowhere else to go at that time of night and no hotels had vacancies, not even the Breezy Palms. We had to use the restroom in the lobby throughout our stay, The GM was very rude and accused me of just wanting a free room, we were not looking for anything free or a refund, just maybe a discounted night for our inconvenience. The GM instead called me and Expedia to complain about me. This is horrible customer service, he yelled at me as if I did something wrong. Hey keep your money, its not that big a deal, but don't lie and accuse me of doing anything wrong, fix your plumbing and while your at it fix the phone, the clock and the stove, also clean out the refrigerator it smelled of fish from the fishermen who rented it before me. If you stay here be sure to bring your own plunger or be prepared to use the lobby restroom."
