"I thought it was good, nice and cheap, but I didn't like that we ran out of water I don't know why... and besides I think they didn't give a complete cleaning to the room, the first day because when they passed by it was already like 2 or 3pm my children were already there and they didn't come to clean anymore and on the second day they passed but the cleaning was not noticeable. For everything else we were very comfortable and calm."

"I needed on site parking because I was traveling alone with a disabled mother. The parking lot was full so I was sent to an overflow lot 1/4 mile away with someone who couldn’t walk. At 11:30 pm. No security or valley parking available. No luggage carts available and when I asked for help no one really cared or seemed interested. "

"I did not stay after checking in to the room we checked right back out this hotel was disgusting to say the least It was dirty the ceiling tile was falling down the air vent was falling down the curtains was falling down the refrigerator was rusted inside and the freezer part was frozen over with debris stuck in it the toilet did not flush The bathroom was dirty the shelve did not have shelves just a total mess the only plus was the beach access I would not recommend wasting your money "

"I absolutely love it here!!!! I come for Mother’s Day, I did get upset because they couldn’t find me a frying pan, so I had to go purchase one on Mothers Day!!!!! I still give it 5 stars!!!! If management is reading this get some extra pots and pans for anyone that pays for the kitchen it should be there….. Pier Park is close and so was Walmart since the Winn Dixie closed and that was right across the street, front desk told me it’s turning into an Aldi’s so that’s cool!!!! The pool is 24 hrs so that’s an extra PLUS!!!!"

"Staff was great. Room was horrible. Smelled musty, floor was wet in front of bath room. Water had seaped under the tiles. We had to leave a towel on the floor for two days to sop up the water. Bed was horrible and pillows were flat. We went to the Dollar General and bought pillows. Will never stay there again."

"The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in. Have to wait 5-10 days for reimbursement after ck out. There were bugs in the room n I had to buy a broom to keep floors swept from sand, we only tracked in with r tennis shoe. There was no soap, it’s good I brought my own."
