"This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "

"Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel! Cet onsen tellement bien aménagé, nos attentes ont été dépassées pour une première fois dans ce type d’endroit. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, juste devant une rue commerciale qui possède une jolie ambiance et plusieurs restaurants. Une escale parfaite entre Kanazawa et Nagano!"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Vischio in Toyama. The property is conveniently located in the Maroot shopping and dining building, just a two-minute walk from the JR line. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the TV's mirroring options, which allowed us to stream content from our tablet. The property also offers excellent amenities, including breakfast, a washer/dryer, and a guest-only public bath. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. This was our third time staying at Hotel Vischio in Toyama, and we continue to love the property's cleanliness, amenities, and service. We look forward to our future stays."

"This is a great location for exploring Toyama and the alpine route. The hotel is right across from the station. The breakfast was amazing. My son is allergic to all nuts but almonds and he could eat there. Of course ask the staff first because the menu can change. They stored our luggage before check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Lastly the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Okino. I accidentally left a medication I needed in the refrigerator. She made sure I recieved it even calling the next hotel I was at and working with them, which was not easy. And arranged all the delivery details. Then sent me the kindest note with the medication wishing me to take care of myself. I have never had a more accommodating staff."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience."

"Okay,The guest room has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, featuring a large communal bath. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the cost performance is outstanding. The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it!"
