"Location is excellent only short hop into main station in Zurich. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, decent options and many cook on request choices. The breakfast and bar staff are first class. Rooms are good, comfortable and clean."

"During my stay at the hotel, I noticed a few areas where improvements could be made. First the staff was incredibly helpful and very polite. Updating the rooms some would be beneficial, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated. Additionally, I observed some flies in the buffet area, which ideally should not be present. Overall, the stay was good."
