"Listen, this is a cheap room of Langstrassen. It's close to the train station, but things are loud, there's lots of restaurants around, and this is a remote access situation. I don't want to leave this place a bad review, but there was one thin sheet on the bed that I could SEE mattress stains through - I know I shouldn't have looked but I needed to make sure I didn't see any pests. I did NOT see any bugs, but that mattress was disgusting, filled with stains, had tears, was dirty, and cigarette...

"The hotel is modern and in a good location near the airport. The rooms were well appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, we were disappointed with the restaurant when we ate dinner. I had the soup and salad, which were tasty and fresh. My husband ordered the pork schnitzel. The advertisement showed it with sauces and French fries. It came with only the meat and fries, no sauces. He had to put ketchup on it to make it palatable. My husband had a beer and I an Aperol Spritz, where fine. While we were eating the table to was unsteady and screws were loose underneath. My husband was able to secure it somewhat, but we had to take turns holding the table top steady, so that the food didn’t fall into our laps. There was an elderly man next to us who had the same problem with his table, and the unstable table caused him to fall and sustained injury to his leg, arm and thumb. My husband jumped up to help him stand up, but the staff did nothing. Our bill was over 100 Swiss Franks, which was a bit higher than our experience afforded. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was nice. Over all, the hotel was good, but I would avoid the restaurant for dinner."

"The location is perfect and right next to a lovely hillside park for an evening walk. I chose to stay here to have walkable access to the terminal in the morning, which saved on bus or train or Uber from another less expensive hotel, and I was very pleased with everything about this hotel! Worth the extra cost for sure!"

"i accidentally booked 2 rooms for the same night. I realized it when i got 2 confirms by emial. I immediately called orbitz - they said they would try to call the hotel and get it fixed. They said they tried, once i arrived at the hotel they said they can't do anything, but would have canceled if the firm/Orbitz/travelocity would have asked. I will never book another 3rd party orbitz/travelocity again, absolutely no sanity for "once it's booked it cannot be cancelled". no room for any normal customer service - all of the agents say it isnt up to them/they cannot do anything- once its booked no adjustments. I paid for 2 rooms on the same night and will move on - never again."
