"We had already been driving for 7 hours and were an hour away from destination when the hotel called to explain they had no room for us despite our calling the hotel that morning to confirm reservation. We refused to accept this news as we already knew there were no other rooms available in Cochrane. I had reserved a room with two beds and was giving a room with one bed - which was a big problem for us! Was on top floor and ceiling showed water damage when we arrived and LEAKED water for the duration of our stay. Very dissappointed as I chose this hotel because it was a newer build. "

"Way better than average breakfast buffet. Down graded my rating a bit because I came for the pool and it was closed for cleaning."

"Parking was questionable at best. Did not sleep well for fear of being broken into. Waited for 20 minutes in loddy to be checked in. Hotel security sitting on each floor. Waiting for potential issues that arrise. "

"Staff was friendly. Hotel was very dirty. 2 other families cancelled their reservation as their rooms were filthy. The one bed looked like someone had vomited on it or bled all up the mattress. When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer pad and moved them over to the door jam where they couldn't go into the hall because it was raised. I asked him for a broom to sweep myself and he said he had no broom. "
