"Very nice place. Newly renovated bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. The common areas are well done. We enjoyed sitting there, reading next to the fireplace. We also liked the location - Next to a river and grocery stores to get snacks around the corner. "

"This Hotel is basic and rooms a little bit old but it is clean, there are not big amenities, so for a couple nights its working. Near from old town around 10 minutes walk however there are public transport in front . The receptionist are kind and helpful. The bed comfortable and heating was ok. I think the one bad thing it was shower door it was difficult to close."

"The Hotel Scwabenwirt was absolutely lovely! I will definitely stay there again, the next time I visit. The Hotel looked modernized from the outside, and lobby. The insides were a little old-school, but that is part of it's charm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful, and the people at the restaurant were fantastic. And food great too. "

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."
