"We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem. And to top it all off, worst of the problems, the toilet would “burp” water (and what was in it) out of the basin occasionally when attempting to flush. Since we were just there for one night, we cleaned it up ourselves. This doesn’t affect the room(s) but the carpet in the 4th floor hallway is filthy, stained and way overdue for a serious cleaning or replacement."

"The room had bugs, the water from shower was so draining, the mattress was in poor shape, I felt like I was rolling down hill. The closer area was not conducive to hanging long items such as dresses. In the room alone so had to use the second to lay out my dresses. Poor room not worthy of the amount paid."

"We stayed in a king bedroom suite. As we only needed a place to sleep, this was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable, will definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the way the hotel was remodeled with all of the fun things in the pool court yard and we also enjoyed the coffee & oatmeal bar for breakfast each morning and the staff was so friendly and helpful and made a great latte!! ☕️😋"
