"We had a great stay from check in to check out! Room was clean and quiet! We love they have breakfast and a dinner included in your stay! The kids loved it! This is a great location! Easy to get to so many fun places! I really like my car is in the parking garage for security! They have a ln i door pool and hot tub! You won’t be disappointed staying here!! "

"Everything was great ! Stafff was amazingly nice! Rooms where nice and super cozy comfortable.. my only complaint and concern was that they break into your vehicle.. there where several pickup trucks with their windows broken and taillights stolen.. "

"We asked to have our room cleaned three different times and even spoke to multiple staff members, but nothing was ever done. That’s really frustrating. We’ve been sleeping on the same sheets for multiple nights and using the same old towels, which is honestly not acceptable—especially for the price we’re paying. Basic housekeeping shouldn’t be this hard to get. Also, if you’re planning to get any work done during your stay, don’t count on the internet—it’s been terrible. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and it definitely makes us think twice about staying here again"

"Normally I don’t give reviews because as long as a room is clean and doesn’t have bugs I’m pretty easy. The room was semi-clean. Very outdated. The couch and chair were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to throw them away asap. The remote was missing the back and they just taped th batteries in (so it didn’t work well) but I would probably not stay here again, but ok for a night if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. "

"Booked based off the reviews but was definitely far from the hype.Ironing board was broke...had to iron our clothes on the floor/bed. Food went to waste after finding out the refrigerator didn't work. Stains on bedding.no alarm clock.AC unit would cut off in the middle of the night.shower knob had to be adjusted just right to get hot water.blow dryer had some sticky residue on it. overall hotel room was not very clean.staff was not very helpful or friendly.breakfast was trash.would not recommend booking especially not for a family vacation."
