"The only minor issue was finding it. Look for the Huge Copley Square sign and you are great!!!
Logan express from the airport will take you to Back Bay at no cost. Then you just had a short walk to the hotel. Amazing place"

"The receptionist at the front desk, older lady with white hair was very rude to me upon checking in. I did not realize that I had two reservations for the same days. I thought that one was canceled.. she was very aggressive on how she spoke to me.. "Mrs Quarrick so what do you wanna do". Such a simple mistake on the person who was suppose to cancel my 1st reservations . The receptionist did not inform us about breakfast or traveling to the airport upon leaving... she also gave me keys to the room that weren't even activated so I had to walk down and asked a different receptionist Jackie and she was polite enough and activated them for me.. the only reason I can't remember the lady name cause I was so upset.. long travel to get help by someone rude.. The inspection paper in the elevator is expired from two months ago.. there was a rip in the carpet so we had to keep making sure that the door closed all the way cause it kept getting stuck on it. Wasn't gonna complain and feel more uncomfortable there so I bared with it.. I would not stay at that location again."
"We had an incredible stay at The Arcadian Hotel in Brookline! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—kind, helpful, and always friendly. A special shoutout to Alberto, the manager, who went above and beyond and quickly felt more like a friend than hotel staff. The level of hospitality here is unmatched, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We immensely enjoyed our time at The Arcadian and absolutely plan to stay again. Highly recommend!"
