My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english speaking workers/ help available on site one of the reasons i went with this location but that was false which made things even harder. "

"Hotel is excellent. Clean and modern, simple but just what you need for a business trip into São Paulo. Breaksfast was really good and lots of selections and fresh! Rooms are a little tight but for how affordable the price is, that is to be expected. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would definitely use this hotel again! "
