"I booked a room with garden view but I got the first room next to entrance to hotel facing the parking lot. Heard the motorcycle noise every early morning. I got charged for an early check in at 11am when that should have been honoring to me a no cost since I am a VIp member. Didn’t get any of my VIP benefits at this hotel. The cleanliness needs to be improved in the rooms and pool need better cleaning and maintenance "

"Hotel Palmas del Sol is my favorite in/near the historical center. There are many things I like to do around there, exchanging money, going to the barber, the gym is almost nearby I have some social connections in the area. Otherwise I wouln't go to this area again. The breakfast is good, I like the staff. And the value for the money is a really good deal."
