"The room was clean, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and empty.(The only reason I booked this room) I found out from friends it has not been open for a very long time. The hotel said it was closed for the season. Also do not even think about taking your breakfast to your room to enjoy in private, there are only a few tables available so stand and eat or go elsewhere. One more thing,there are no bars to hang clothes! We ended up hanging them on the ironing board. I paid three times as much for this room, my sister's room down the street was super clean and 150 less than mine with advertised amenities that apparently have been unavailable for quite some time."

"Stayed here because this was a last minute booking for a trip to help our daughter move out of her dorm. Everything else was pretty much taken in this small college town. The door key credit card thing was EXTREMELY sensitive. The staff had to work with me to teach me how to slip it in and out just right. But I eventually got the hang of it. (this is not normal but indicative of older locks in need of replacing). I was a little nervous as the rooms open to the outside. It is well lit except back by the dumpsters but not going over there anyway. The shower had water coming oddly out of the wall too into the tub but it worked. The rooms were quiet for the most part and I never once felt unsafe. I wouldn’t hope or plan to ever stay there again but in a pinch it is well worth the price paid. As a last minute option I would pick it again."
