"The hotel was clean and up to date. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was mostly very helpful and cheerful. Pool was kind of small but perfect for the kids which was all we needed it for. The parking garage was convenient and easy to use. The only issue we had was our key cards kept stopping working and you can't get to your floor, pool floor or in from the parking garage without your hotel key card. The staff got a little testy when we constantly needed the cards fixed."

"Breakfast every morning while we were there. the Staff helped us plan trips using a free shuttle. Beautiful view from our hotel room of the water. The only complaint is that the water was not strong enough. I have a lot of hair and it took forever to wash it out. Other than that, I love it and will go back someday! "

"A hold was placed on my credit card for incidentals. At 2AM when I turned on the AC, my card was charged again. I called, ask why, the front desk said the fire alarm went off in the room which means I was smoking in the room. I advised the front desk I had not been smoking in the room, asked how to correct it, it was the second charge, and should be refunded. The front desk was rude. Told me to speak with the manager at 8am. At 8 am I was told by the person who came in at 7am, the manager wouldn't arrive until 10am. He said he would check the room to see if it seemed like I was smoking in the room, he didn't find anything that made it seem like I was smoking, he'd attempt a refund but stated I would not be allowed to return to the location. I was only there one night for a funeral and it was a horrible experience. "

"This hotel is barebones. They provide very little, and you have to request room service. The hot water ran out instantly my last morning there. The rooms photograph well but are cheap."
