"This was literally the worst experience I've ever had. I'd specifically picked this hotel because of the breakfast that it said they offered. When we arrive before we head to Minneapolis I was informed there was no breakfast or cable. The lady who greeted us was rude about trying to check in a half hour early because we were running late for our concert in Minneapolis. The fact that they didn't even have cable and the didn't even have a cord for me to be able to screencast was the most concerning. And then when I asked about breakfast they offered a 10% discount at the expensive restaurant next door. I will never return to this motel again. I felt like the lady was smoking meth in the back office. Horrible experience and disgusting rooms. Windows were dirty The beds had stains on them and were sunk in the middle. Will never recommend to anybody. "

"The elevator was broken and out of commission. Although they advertised free breakfast, when we checked in there was a sign saying “No breakfast. Sorry for the inconvenience.” We were traveling with my elderly mother and intentionally booked a two bedroom suite. When we checked in to the room it was extremely warm and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The desk clerk found us two adjoining rooms but upon entering one, found it hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc. In fact I thought I had entered an occupied room) so back to the clerk for our third try. This one had just one towel and the bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Not at all pleased!"

"Mirror was dirty in bedroom. Sheets were wrinkled so didn’t seem clean. Didn’t take my shoes off to walk on carpet. Heating unit was loud. Couldn’t get any rest. For the price I will stay in Albert Lea. Only good thing is restaurant next door Farmers Daughter. Breakfast was a bust. Just took coffee. Second time here and the last time. I come through this way 2 round trips a year. "

"Buyer Beware - They do NOT have a hot tub as advertised!!! It appears as though they had one at one point, but it has been tiled over. If you are looking for a pool and a hot tub, this is not the place to stay at. "
