"Evening front desk clerk when we checked in was great very knowledgeable. For the most part the room was clean except the bathroom nee6 some better cleaning. And when we went to use the jacuzzi it had a ring around the tub like it had not been cleaned from previous occupants. We were not able to use it bcuz of that and the whole reason for us staying was bcuz of the room jacuzzi. The bathroom had some things left on the floor like it had been swept and them pushed in the corners. Another problem is it is supposed to be a non-smoking but I could smell Marijuana."

"We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel! 😊 The receptionist, an elderly gentleman, was simply amazing. He welcomed us with a warm smile and even offered a cookie to my daughter, which made her day special. 🍪❤️ Overall, it’s a great place to stay with family at a reasonable price. A special hats-off to the receptionist for his kindness and wonderful hospitality! 👏 I’m sorry I forgot to ask his name, but I hope this message reaches him. Sending lots of love and heartfelt thanks from my entire family. ❤️🙏"

"For a small waterfront Town feel, you pay for what you get compared to other hotels in the area its nice/clean and kid friendly, I was on the 1st floor and my room opened up to this villa type area on the way to the pool area it was an adventure almost like you were in a different country, yes, I would go back and will go back. I give The Pine Lake Resort 8 of 10"

"Very nice hotel, quiet location, plenty of parking, large rooms, fast elevators, great views., normal breakfast. Front desk ladies: too busy to say "Hi", or at least answer your "Hello." All other staff: really nice and helpful."
