"It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility "

The flight sucks it’s not the hotel fault it’s Expedia, the airport they send us is in Surigao another island so we have to ride a boat for 2hrs to get to siargao and another to go back to Manila and we got no help from Expedia and the airline, not going to book again thru Expedia they suck."

The lush gardens, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the spacious eating area/restaurant, and even the sunrise and sunset - they all seemed at our exclusive beck and call! "It was a wonderful place to stay the amenities were great the food was pretty good The service was typical Filipino or as a restaurant go they could do a little improvements on that. But it was really a great place to stay Mike the owner is very nice I talked to him for a while and everything that was great. We stayed in room 213 which is the best room there It has a balcony that overlooks the ocean the pool restaurant and beautiful sunrise and sunset"
"Nice place to stay, unpretentious. What you see is what you get. A lil aircon problem when we were there but we are supplemented with another room for free with better airconditioning and a free motor for a day! I am impressed with their staff and their willingness to make it up for any inconvenience. Accomodating and responsive. The place has a common kitchen which makes it very good for groups and those who wants to save money as siargao can get really expensive! Will stay here again for cheaper accomodations and convenience. "
