"It was very clean and the staff was great."

"The room was clean and breakfast was great. I had issues at check in and that really put a damper on my stay. It took over 20-30 minutes to check in. My room accidently got checked in by someone else and resulted in me having no booking but still paying for a room. After a half hour the hotel front desk lady discovered the mistake she made and got me a new room. "

"We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience. "

"Issue with first room (toilet not sealed, bathroom smelled of sewer gas). Staff quickly provided an alternative room upon request+inspection."

"Staff were great and the place was clean, but that’s where the positive review ends. It’s clear no maintenance had been done in decades. There were holes in the wall, the tub was torn up, the HVAC unit was broken, there were multiple unidentified stains, etc. I don’t expect much out a $55 room, but I definitely expect more than this."
