"Parking was easy and very accessible. All in all our stay was very nice. However, there were a few things at the breakfast bar that could have been kept full. I noticed that the woman who was doing the refilling was doing more standing around and drinking her coffee and making comments about guests making their pancakes wrong while there was no hot water available. To my knowledge it was never filled which made making oatmeal a little difficult."

"We’ve stayed here before and I believe we’ll be staying here again in the future. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Issues-the door to the bathroom needed some WD40 as it was really noisy when you open and close it. That made it difficult when going to the bathroom at night without waking others up. Also, we had room 111. It was located near the lobby and unfortunately that was not a good location. It was very noisy all night (well at least until 2ish in the AM) which made sleep difficult. When we stay again I’ll request a 2nd floor room away from the lobby. "

"Everything was great. The restaurant had a great breakfast( not included but reasonably priced )Their snacks they sold were expensive but bring your own . Everything else was great and close to malls, restaurants and rec plex "

"All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of resort but the best part….was the horse riding trail great staff there and horses are gentle ! Won’t stay here again, unfortunately not worth the money to stay there! "

"Staff made the trip! They were accommodating, helpful, warm, and encouraging! The girls were a bit unkept but that didn’t ruin our trip. We enjoyed the onsite breakfast as well! "
