O hotel fazenda quilombo não merece o título de hospedagem tipo fazenda. O café da manhã é bem simples. Dois tipos de refresco e não suco. Os bolos e iguarias de café da manhã dormido. Não há acessibilidade como informa o hotel. Além disso, não dá para ficar no local sem ir de carro, pois fica em área rural sem acesso à transportes. No quarto não tem interfone. O serviço de portaria encerra às 20h00. Quem deseja ir para a Serra da Barriga o melhor é ficar em Maceió, as opções são bem melhores e os preços também

O hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa! É lindo, vale muito a pena a estadia. Porém tivemos dificuldades no check-in, quarto não estava disponível na hora prevista, até aí tudo bem, pode acontecer, mas os funcionários são totalmente despreparados para tais situações. A recepção fica na parte mais baixa do hotel e as funcinárias fizeram o grupo descer 2/3 vezes para buscar as chaves dos quartos (o que poderia ter ido levar para nós). O hotel tem passeios e nos informam o horário dos passeios no check-in. Ficamos esperamos o passeio por mais de 1 hora e não chegava nenhum funcionário e neste dia não chegou, liguei para a recepção e mais uma vez não resolveram nada... Porém, entrei em contato com os donos do hotel, que muito gentilmente resolveram todas as situações. A comida do hotel é uma delícia, café da manhã, almoço e jantar, tudo bem servido e deliciosos... Então apesar dos imprevistos por causa do despreparo dos funcionários, o final de semana valeu muito a pena!

Achei o quarto bem simples, com tomadas antigas, o lençol que cobre a cama também ficava solto, o chuveiro do banheiro também estava um pouco sujo. Achei o café da manhã também um pouco fraco, poderia ser melhor. Mas o ambiente do hotel é muito bom e bonito.

Local bonito e aconchegante. Porém maltratado: coqueiros com frutos, caindo palhas secas na área da piscina, colocando em risco os hóspedes, principalmente as crianças. Colchões muito fino e camas baixa. Café da manhã fraco Garçonete e garçons mau humorados Piscina cheia de lodo principalmente nos rejuntes e fundo largando a tinta. Lago para pescaria sem nenhuma extrutura para o pescador.

Tive dias bastante agradáveis no Quilombo Park Hotel. Seus funcionários são simpáticos, seus chalés acolhedores e a natureza em volta inspiradora. Há no entanto ressalvas a destacar: o ar condicionado apresentou problemas na primeira noite; o café da manhã, embora satisfatório, pode melhorar; os valores do restaurante são altos; as cadeiras de plástico em torno da piscina precisam ser trocadas. Apesar disso, a estrutura do hotel é bem bacana. Piscina, bica, animais, pracinha, área verde e seu belo restaurante valorizam o lugar. Um ponto muito favorável, sob meu ponto de vista, é que o hotel aceite animais de estimação e não cobre por isso. Foi muito bom poder viajar com Narciso, meu cachorrinho. Indicaria a pessoas que estão procurando uma hospedagem sossegada.

Alegria da nossa filha, não tem preço!!

Ver os olhos brilhar e o sorriso largo no rosto da nossa filha descobrindo os animais, ao vê-los ou ao reconhecê-los pelo som que emitiam, olhar a natureza tão presente em tudo, aliado ao tratamento atencioso dos funcionários foi um espetáculo a ser repetido. Toda família se divertiu! Precisávamos de mais tempo para aproveitar, ainda, mais.
