"Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel
I had an awful stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they claimed they couldn’t find my Hotels.com reservation and forced me to pay again at a higher rate — even though they clearly advertise on booking sites.

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA EXPEDIA. My sister and I needed a hotel to stay in for the night after our hair appointment (didn’t finish til 11pm). I booked a room at around 10pm.
