"Nothing short of AMAZING!! We stayed here as a family of three for a week. It is a beautiful hotel with everything you need and so much more. We enjoyed wonderful breakfast buffet everyday. Location is so convenient as it is connected underground to the Umeda dungeon (a network of shopping centers, hotels and train stations). There are 5 restaurants on site as well as a gym, a pool and a nice jacuzzi in the courtyard. Above all, staff provided exceptional service with smiles on their faces every day. They told us their concept was for the guests to feel “at home”. We definitely felt that, and it truly was a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return for sure."
