"Enjoyed a family stay with two rooms (1 with 2 twins and one suite). The suite had excellent balcony and functional hot tub with salts provided. Staff were excellent. Property manager Alcedis and his front office manager Maria were both very helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented. Maria accommodated my request for additional coffee, and frequently checked in on how the stay was going. Alcedis gave us the option of late check out for one room due to hotel not being completely full and even walked my husband to ticket station, waited for him and made sure he got the correct bus tickets. Excellent staff and great value for this property. I would stay here again as a family or couple."
