Very pleasant for family with kids

At the beginning I was a bit suspicious about price but despite the property was a bit weared off, it was well designed. Spacy, properly airconditioned, offer of clean towels every day. Whole areal quite well maintained and lot of atractions for our kids. We have enjoyed and recommend!

Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit.

Il resort si presenta bene e offre numerose attività che si possono svolgere durante il soggiorno, tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato diversi inconvenienti che non sono stati risolti dalla reception. In particolare, il condizionatore non funzionava e ci è stato detto che avrebbero potuto intervenire solo il sabato, nonostante fossimo arrivati il giovedì. Inoltre, il frigorifero non refrigerava, il freezer non era presente, l’acqua del boiler era sempre fredda costringendoci a fare docce fredde, e abbiamo avuto anche problemi con l’elettricità. Un altro disguido è stato che, pur avendo richiesto già a gennaio appartamenti vicini, ad agosto ci siamo trovati in tre soluzioni distanti tra loro. Da segnalare anche che i letti di uno degli appartamenti non erano puliti. Non riterrei quindi la struttura all’altezza delle 4 stelle dichiarate: le aspettative non sono state rispettate e, se si fosse presentata come un tre stelle con prezzi più contenuti, sarebbe stato più in linea con quanto offerto. Nel complesso, per un gruppo di amici può risultare un posto accettabile, ma non consiglierei se si cercano standard più elevati.

The apartments were right on the amazing family beach, which is not even shown in the pictures of the resort I have seen. It was comfortable and had what we needed. There was no kettle in the room but we called reception and asked for one and it was brought straight to us. The resort is absolutely fantastic, with so much to do. The sea by the family beach where we spent a lot of time is shallow for a long way out and sandy on the bottom, it is ideal for children (ours aged 7+8) to splash about in for hours. There are so many activities, segways, watersports, boats to hire, of course the waterpark on the lagoon. The food in all of the restaurants was amazing. Particularly O Grille.

Keine Empfehlung für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Freundliches Personal, aber wenn das ATP Tennis Turnier stattfindet, dann ist 9 Nächte nicht an Schlaf nachts zu denken. Open Air Party bis früh 5 Uhr jede Nacht. Super laut, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern völlig ungeeignet. Anlage sonst für Kinder schön, Unterkunft war geräumig, jedoch auch sehr hellhörig.

Nice simple house with a good porch

A very nice little house a bit of from all the people which was nice. Great restaurants in the area. Good pools. It became a great stay. The only downside was the horribel beds, much to hard.

The apartments are spread out in nice complex however the Kitchen is very basic, no kettle, toaster, oven not even a tin opener. The daily cleaning consisted of a quick brush and clean towels, we had to phone reception after a few days to ask for the floors to be mopped. We found the reception staff rude and abrupt and I don’t think we saw any members of staff smile! The pool, Laguna and beach areas were good, however you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas even if you are a guest (20-25 kuna per bed) which was an unexpected expense.

When you see pictures of this accommodation specifically the lovely areal views... this will not be your reality. The coastline is beautiful but spoilt be the masses of holiday complexes and walk to wall people. If you are looking for a holiday shared by thousands of other holiday makers this us for you. Umag city center is beautiful as are distant (30km) hill top villages. Accomodation.. maybe when new it was nice but now no.. toilet did not flush properly..extractor in kitchen did not work and light bulb needed changing, ants I’ll over kitchen floor. Sofa bed opening mechanism broken. When finally open it had different levels and was like concrete it was so hard. A v nice night porter gave me a fold up single bed instead. He really did try and be helpful. Patio door did not lock. No air conditioning in twin bedroom. No thing to block out light fog person sleeping on fold out couch in living room. House keeping was a complete joke, just emptied bins and did not replace towels etc.

Haus in Standnähe

Der Aufenthalt war bis auf 4 Tage richtig schön. Da wir nicht darüber informiert wurden das dort ein Festival stattfindet, das richtig laut war. Der Lärm ging bis früh um 6.00 Uhr. Sogar das Nachbar Apartment wurde so zerstört (von den Festivalbesuchern) das wir um 23 Uhr die Polizei und die Security kommen lassen mussten. Wenn wir darüber informiert worden wären, dann wären wir nicht zu diesem Zeitpunkt dort hin gereist. Es war einfach unmöglich, Nachts bis gegen früh Party pur (Lautstärke über den normalen) tagsüber Bier- und Partyleichen zwischen unseren Kindern am Pool. Eine unmögliche Situation. Und dafür musste unser Jahresurlaub herhalten. :-(

Si tratta di un appartamento un poo' essenziale e con atrezzatura un poo' datata, ma molto grande e comodo all'interno di un complesso assai grande con spiagga, porticciolo, bar, ristoranti, supermercato. In maggio era tranquillissimo, in estate, se molto affollato, potrebbe essere molto vivo ma anche un po' rumoroso. Non vicino alla cittadina.

Nice Resort near Umag, Istria

Umago is my birth place and I went back, after 28 years, taking children and grandchildren, a group of 3 families for a total of 11 peoples . Children mostly enjoyed the pools, laguna , soccer, go-kart and other games. We all took the little road train to Umago and visited the old town. My wife and I rented a bike for 3 days and rode all over. It took me back to my childhood when tourists were few, Donkeys and cows were common on the street and a bathroom at home was a luxuries, The Stella Maris complex was just a small hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation in Umago and I' sure I will not wait so long to come back.

Die Ferienanlage bietet die unterschiedlichsten Bademöglichkeiten, Kiesstrand, Sandstrand, Felsenküste, Pools für Groß und Klein, sowie eine Marina für Bootsbesitzer. Außerdem ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Der Touristenzug, mit dem man bequem die Stadt Umag besuchen kann, ist zwar sehr praktisch, aber mit 20,- Kuna pro Erwachsener, und 10,- Kuna pro Kind und Fahrt etwas zu teuer!!!!
