"Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds, however the toilet seat was in separate faraway small room from the shower area, with no sink to wash hands after using the toilet seat??!! I found this very strange ??! Who was the stupid engineer who came out with such stupid idea?! Hilton management staff should fix this problem in all hotel rooms as soon as possible, otherwise people like me will never check-in again in such inconvenient rooms hotel with such bathrooms. All other things including staff and breakfast were excellent. Tusks"

"Amazing hospitality.. Gorgees was amazing. He took care of everything and made my day fabulous.. also George was there to welcome me in.. George is a cat.. very friendly and loves to be petted.. very nice and quiet place for a long layover"

"Although the staff was mainly local, they need training to deal with visitors. We had dinner at Fairouz restaurant, but the charged us extra for water. No soft drinks were served"

"Perfect location if you wish to visit nearby Dead Sea or go to Amman. There is also plenty of shops around if you wish to shop/eat local foods. There is a fenced off parking area next to hotel which is also amazing if you bring your own vehicle."

"I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"
