"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. "False advertising about hotel. No room service No In House Spa as described. No fridge in room - advertised. Check in is 3pm, not 2pm. Room cleaning seems to only be done on request. Bathroom has strong smell of sulphur. Provided Water is boiled - made me sick Shower water - made me sick. Staff are friendly - everybody smiles and says Hello Sir.
