"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3.
