"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"Das Hotel ist leider nicht sehr sauber.Es wirkt schon fast etwas unheimlich. Das Zimmer selber war im ordentlichen Zustand. Leider gab es nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Mit dem Personal hatten wir persönlich gar keinen Kontakt nur über den Email Account.
Tut mir sehr leid sagen zu müssen, dass wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb vorzeitig verlassen und sind nach Hause gefahren."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
