"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "This was my wife and I’s best stay in the Highlands. The hotel is incredibly cozy, clean, and uniquely personal. Richard and Fiona are incredibly hospitable, kind, and genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We accidentally arrived after dinner (and after all available food options for two towns had already closed). Fiona was kind enough to reopen the kitchen and cook us full meals off of their menu and allow us a full service dinner. We are incredibly grateful. The room was the best we experienced in the Highlands. We stayed in the stag room upstairs. The bathroom was incredibly clean and very charming and beautiful! We plan to return and would love to rebook at this hotel (and hopefully get the same room). Cannot recommend highly enough. (P.S. the Drumbeg viewpoint is absolutely stunning! We almost missed it and are very thankful to see it.)"
