"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...

"Mooi verblijf in luxueuze tent. Hoewel we maar met 2 personen waren kozen we bewust voor deze grotere tent vanwege de badkamer en keuken. De bedden zijn comfortabel en zowel de keuken als badkamer zijn goed uitgerust. Wat het vakantiepark zelf betreft vonden we het zwembad wat tegenvallen, het binnenbad is vrij klein. Er is een winkel op het terrein, maar deze sluit al vroeg op de dag."

"Mijn man en ik hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. We hadden de accommodatie gehuurd voor ons tweeën, omdat we onder de indruk waren van het huis, de beschrijving, het zwembad, de jacuzzi, sauna, de tuin. We hebben een geweldig mooi en relaxed verblijf gehad. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de dochter van de eigenaren. Een fles bubbels met nootjes en zoutjes kregen we bij aankomst. Heerlijk! "The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. "

"Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg. Would stay again. "

"The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable. Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one. "

"I am very delighted to recommend this hotel to my friends and family . staffs are very polite very helpful and specially staff MITRE from the front desk she went extra miles to help us . i and my family are very happy and satisfied about our stay . Thank you . only one thing a bit disappointed no locks in the shower room . even though we are all familywe all respect our privacy . "
