The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. "

"The room was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was 10/10, had to wait a max probably 10 mins for food each time. The service was just top tier. The room was so clean and tidy, and trust me the bed was so comfortable, you could literally just sink into it. Spa was so relaxing and quiet. You can order drinks to your lounger. The cave hotel was just the best stay. I wish we booked a longer stay ! Definitely worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you The Cave Hotel. "
