"Staff are exceptional, had fantastic service from all members even though some staff were very new. Hotel is older and in need of some love but the beds were comfy and linens were clean. Main floor bathrooms could use some soap and paper dispensers and air fresheners in there and the elevators would be priceless. Laundry room also needs some attention. Breakfast was fantastic and the lady organizing it was extremely outgoing and friendly. She made my morning complete with her cheerful demeanor and above expectation service! I’d stay again simply based on staff."

"The room was comfortable. The hotel hallways are a little rough, but the rooms were showing only the most minor wear. Breakfast was good enough. The lady at the front was busy as it seemed to be a busier than normal evening, but she was friendly and professional and gave the hotel a great vibe."
