"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, there was a very strong unpleasant smell outside. I’m guessing this may be because the hotel is close to the refinery, but the smell continued inside the hotel as well. Even when we got to our room, it still smelled bad. The hotel really needs a better air purification system. Our room was also located very far at the back of the hotel on the second floor, so it was a long walk to get there. When we mentioned the smell to the front desk, nothing was really done about it. There was also some miscommunication about the bar. My friend asked at check-in if we could order a drink and bring it to our room, and we were told yes. However, when we went to get one, we were told drinks could not be brought back to the room. That was frustrating and disappointing. The room was also noisy at night because we could hear cars from the highway while trying to sleep. We also missed the complimentary breakfast because it closes at 10:00 a.m., even though checkout is at 11:00 a.m. We were not told the breakfast hours at check-in, so we didn’t realize we had missed it. At checkout, the staff member told us the breakfast was terrible anyway and suggested we go across the street to Denny’s, which was not very professional. Overall, the hotel had a strong unpleasant smell, poor communication, noise issues, and disappointing service. I would not stay here again."

"Initial check in was amazing! That staff member was great. Evening staff not helpful the 24 hour coffee machine had no hot chocolate, no cream when asked they said it’s morning staffs job! Also the recycle at the front door was overflowing since check in and worse in the morning all over the front entry. Had to walk over it. Breakfast there was very little food available there was a sign with a giant list of what was not available today They had almost no food available but when we checked in we were told it was a huge variety including omelet station none of which was available"
