"Very nice and clean hostel with modern features in the heart of the city! Excellent location close to everything (a few min walk to the nearest metro station "Arkhitektora Beketova", 10 min walk to the Opera House and Schevchenko Park, there are also a few fast food restaurants including McDonald's nearby). The hostel staff was friendly and helpful and the price per night was very reasonable! I've stayed at many hostels in Europe and Asia and this one is one of the best!"

"The place was clean but the room ventilation was not good. I had a bad experience with the locker door lock jammed all the time because of faulty lock sensor and a dirty snoring room mate."

"My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! "

"I stay here often so l dont get surprises. I dearly love the area so lm always happy to come back. Its a basic place, for the price of backpackers hostel you get your own room. I would recommend to bring own towels and not to count much on cooking (burners are too slow), better get a cooked meal (nearby supermarket has an amazing cooked meals) and just microwave it here). "

"Goood location and comfortable/spacious area. Front desk workers weren’t up to date on payments and I was requested to pay twice (it was resolved after a long process of trying to communicate since they didn’t speak English). Also, I stayed in a girls only room and male workers and male guests barged in without knocking on the door multiple times "
