The onsen was so relaxing, followed by a chair massage and complementary popsicle😁, Don’t worry they give you full directions on how to onsen, so you don’t have to feel uneasy about it. After our dinner we enjoyed the complementary ramen before bedtime."

"Loved everything about this stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Great location with exceptional staff. Very helpful, including giving staff recommendations for great restaurants. Room was a great size and clean. Bed was comfortable and their breakfast buffet was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The location was great. The hotel served its purpose. Basically a clean place to sleep. Got the premier lounge access. If you like having access to beer/wine it’s great. If you’re looking for munchies it’s not. I will say the staff seemed like they were always bothered. Not friendly. Bothered when trying to get info or help. I had just come from Osaka from the Intercontinental Hotel where the service was excellent! It was difficult to be treated like I was bothering them. I even speak Japanese. So it definitely wasn’t a communication problem. Definitely room for improvement!"
