"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Die Ferienwohnung wird durch eine Vermittlungsfirma "Team Belvilla" organisiert. Das Team Belvilla hat keinen Überblick über die vorhandenen Buchungen. Gebucht wurde 1 Jahr vorher und 1 Woche vor Anreise könnten sie die Buchung nicht mehr finden. Warscheinlich wurde die Ferienwohnung noch an andere Personen vermietet. Sehr sehr schlechter Service, kein Support um das Problem zu lösen. Man reagiert einfach nicht auf Anrufe oder Email und sitzt das Problem einfach aus. Super schlechter Support."

"Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche bei Therese und Trond. Die beiden sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher.....alles da. Draußen gibt es gleich 2 Möglichkeiten zu grillen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig und man ist, wenn ma das möchte, ganz gür sich 😊 Wir kommen wieder. "
