Good property but shabbily maintained.

Staff are very friendly but the property is very shabby with many of the amenities not in working condition.

Hotel Location is great, Property inside is amazing. But, hotel staff is not trained, rooms are not so clean with stinky smell. Bathrooms are in really poor shape, water comes out of bath, doesn't flush properly, hot water issues, smelly bathrooms. Garden Side rooms are terrible, lift was not working. Hopefully they improve fast and better, may consider visit again then.
