Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few daysâballoon launches depend on weather.
