"Outside of the hotel it looks amazing. However, the rooms are terrible. It's a very old place That has been run down. There was a mold smell coming from the air conditioning unit. The bathtubs there looked gross. The wood desk was all marked up and stained and looked horrible. The AC had three speeds only the first two work. Overall it was an amazing failure. "

"The hotel is quite clean, the breakfast is excellent, the Wi-Fi can be very erratic, the staff are helpful, and mosquitoes can be challenging. I had no major issue except for WIFI and the chef packing the breakfast without a coutesy of infoming guest still eating that he was ablout to clear out the breakfast. His colleagues apologised for this, but he was quite rude about it. I enjoyed my stay overall and would stay again if i find myself there."

"The property is ok but for what looks like a luxury hotel to charge extra for two people in one room is not good business. I can understand smaller hotels that get less revenue to charge this but this place portrays itself as luxurious. In reality there were many flies in the dining area, I believe there were mosquitos in the room and bed as I was itchy all night and the pool and amenities were average at best. There are better places in Masaki to stay in my opinion. "
