"We thought we’d booked a room and were given a suite on two floors which was novel. The staff were great and the breakfast fine. Dinner was excellent although a little expensive although I may be poor of date. We didn’t have time to try the pool but it looked good. You do have to book a time slot. ..."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."

It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop.
