Hotel bem localizado e atendimento nota 10! Restaurante com pratos de alta qualidade! Piscina aquecida, bom para tempos fechados. Faltando somente corricões na piscina, melhorar o acesso de idosos e pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade! Tudo estava muito bom, mas se uma reforma ocorrer nos quartos e estrutura o hotel sera a referencia em ubatuba!

Muito bom! Excelente recepção e boa higiêne. O quarto é aconchegante e possui frigobar. A tv de led. Estava com problema (oito pontos de luz branca). O preço do jantar estava um pouco salgado mas tudo muito saboroso. As bebidas não estão inclusa e os valores são o dobro do mercado. Durante o uso da piscina não se pode consumir bebidas que não seja comprada no hotel. Um ponto positivo alem da recepção é que eles possuem bike alugadas como cortesia. Minha conclusão o hotel é bom e recomendo !

O quarto tinha mão cheiro de coisa mofada A televisão não funcionava. Não gostei do quarto. As áreas comuns são bonitas e não tenho o que falar dos funcionários. Mais certamente o hotel precisa de uma reforma.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel grande e com infraestrutura boa, limpeza e café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos, atendem pedidos especiais na cozinha. Piscina grande com bar, ambiente bonito e agradável. A academia é uma sala pequena com esteira e outro aparelho apenas. Hóspedes fazem barulho cedo passando em frente aos quartos, como as janelas não tem tratamento acústico incomodou. Estacionamento sem cobertura.
