Fiquei pela segunda vez na Pousada don Diego. A localização é excelente, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso. Porém, dois detalhes importantes que podem ser melhorados: 1) o wifi nao pegou em nenhum momento dentro do quarto. Para trabalhar, precisava ficar do lado de fora, em umas mesinhas que tem. Estive na suíte 14. Ainda assim, oscilava demais 2) o ar condicionado era, em alguns momentos, extremamente barulhento, que dificultava até para pegar no sono

Pousada Dom Diego Ubatuba

Pousada com excelente localização próximo a comércio e aos principais restaurantes de Ubatuba. A equipe de funcionários é extremamente educada, e muito atenciosos. A limpeza do quarto é excelente e feito diariamente, inclusive aos finais de semana. O quarto onde fiquei precisava de uma pintura nova e o ar condicionado era de janela e um tanto barulhento. O maior problema da pousada é a garagem, pois a garagem anexa à pousada não é feita para carros de grande porte e lota rapidamente e a outra garagem disponível fica a 200 metros da pousada.

Ar condicionado, sem condições de dormir com ele ligado, parece que tem um caminhão ligado dentro do quarto de tanto barulho que faz e dormir sem ar com um calor que anda fazendo Deus o livre. Café teria que ser a vontade, esse café servido por pessoa muito ruim e muito desperdício.

As condições gerais da pousada são boas. Tive apenas um contratempo ao chegar, pois me deram um quarto péssimo. Reclamei e no dia seguinte mudei para um bem melhor. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade, mas um pouco demorado, pois servem na mesa e tem poucos funcionários para atendimento.

A pousada é maravilhosa! O café da manhã superou todas as expectativas, a equipe é excelente, o quarto também muito bom, limpeza impecável, localização perfeita, dá pra fazer muitos passeios a pé. Tudo muito melhor do que eu imaginei lendo as avaliações. O cuidado da pousada com os hospedes é sentido em cada coisa que fazemos lá dentro, não vejo a hora de voltar

A pousada esta bem situada e limpia, mais em a minha reserva venderon o que mostra o site, mais o chegar ali nao era ese lugar, era outro previo do lado em o quarterom de atras, o lugar tambem estava bem, mais acho que isso deveria estar mais explicado em a hora de fazer a reserva, estivem 3 dias e nao consegui ter Wifi, o primeiro dia nao tivem TV o estacionamento e muito pequeno, so entran ums poucos carros, polo resto bom

O atendimento do hotel foi excelente. Hospedamos em quarto que não havia muita privacidade na banheiro, tendo em vista o corredor que tinha ao lado, porém pedimos para trocar de quarto e o atendente foi super solícito e realizou a troca. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Recomendo.

A pousada é ótima, os funcionários são ótimos.... porém tem algumas pegadinhas. A praia próxima não é própria para banho, logo não adianta nada ter uma praia perto. Outra coisa é o estacionamento, que fica a 3 quarteirões de distância do hotel, não é longe, mas saiba q não é dentro do hotel que vc vai parar seu carro

Fiquei na parte nova da pousada. Excelente. Já tinha me hospedado na parte mais antiga, mas o conforto é o mesmo. A localização é excelente, próximo a bares,restaurantes, lojas, na rua principal do centro turístico de Ubatuba. Check-in rápido. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns, com atendimento perfeito. Quarto com cama confortável, travesseiro macio e um bom banheiro. Wi-fi funciona, TV com boas opções de canais. Café da manhã servido na mesa para cada hóspede, não é estilo buffet, mas serve muito bem, com duas opções de frutas, suco,pães, frios e bolo, em porções suficiente. Excelente pousada!!

Elogio e esclarecimento quanto à localização.

Foi uma viagem curta. Um pernoite. O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo e o pessoal muito atencioso. Só que a Hotéis deveria orientar que existem dois prédios: um na Rua Guarani e outro na Rua Tapajós, onde fica o estacionamento.São muito próximas, mas as fotos que aparecem no site são da Rua Guarani. No nosso voucher indicava a Guarani e ficamos na Tapajós. Nada que desmereça o hotel, mas algumas pessoas podem não aceitar essa situação. Precisa ser melhor explicado. Independente disso e do pouco tempo de ficamos, foi muito bom.
