"After I left the hotel, I realized that I had left a small pair of earrings behind. I checked out two days ago and just now called the front desk, but I was referred to a Lost and Found website, where I have already registered the earrings. The front desk person refused to take a description of the earrings, check with housekeeping, or even take my contact information. I got the feeling that standard procedure was all that mattered, not a caring attitude in helping me get my belongings back."

"Absolutely exceptional stay. The blue house was stunning. So spacious, beautifully designed, and very happy and family friendly. The staff was incredibly kind too, and we loved that they have bowrd games and dvds for in-nights. We will definitely return! Thank you!"

"Check in was not available at the scheduled time (3pm). They were short staffed and housekeeping was behind on rooms. I wasn’t able to check in until close to 8pm. The front desk clerk did extend my checkout by 2 hours. But, I still feel the check in process was unacceptable—especially since I came from out of town."

"Parking was easy. Staff was ok. The whole area smelled strongly of marijuana even in the non smoking rooms. I used several sprays and candles but everything else was great."
