"Everything was excellent. There was a lot of confusion upon parking and actually finding the hotel and how to check in. This should definitely be explained in detail. We were thankful to find another patron who already figured it out and explained it to us. Had to switch rooms and my keycards were switched to another floor but couldn’t get back to the initial room to retrieve our items. Thankfully my fiance was in the room who brought everything to the lobby to only go back on the elevator to the new room. Keycards only work on the elevator where your room is. "

"The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. The location was excellent. However the rooms show degradation, for example there are white paints dripped on the bathroom wood floor, which is simply a poor clean up process after remodeling."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were my favorite. The staff was helpful. We had trouble with our refrigerator when we arrived and the staff were able to resolve quickly. We will definitely come back. "

"When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "

"The staff were truly exceptional, easily some of the friendliest and most welcoming hotel staff I’ve encountered. They made a very positive impression and were by far the highlight of the stay. That said, the hotel and property itself fell short of expectations. I was not expecting luxury, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of upkeep and overall condition. The sidewalks were in rough shape, and it was inconvenient that there were no curb ramps at the entrances to make rolling luggage easier. The room had a strong odor that seemed to be a mix of heavy cleaner and mustiness, which made it feel less than fresh. The bed also appeared worn out, with a noticeable dip in the center that made it less comfortable than it should have been. The bathroom and shower were dated, though still functional. The same was true for the sink area, hair dryer, and closet setup. The carpet had several large stains, especially near the fridge, and there were also areas along the edges where parts of the trim or carpet transition were coming loose, which added to the worn appearance. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to, but it would not be my first choice. I hate writing anything negative because the staff were so wonderful, but I also want to be honest about the condition of the facilities."
