"We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure"

"30 minutes and several phone calls before I got somebody come to the desk to check in. Coffee with no coffee cups. Water takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get hot. Had trouble turning on and off the water. TV did not work only got one channel could not change the channel but you could control the volume. "
