"Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!), grand water pressure in the shower with a hand shower too(!), super firm and spotlessly clean bed and bedding and an INCREDIBLY helpful Head of Housekeeping Miss Longineer. What a treasure she was!! Changed bedding to summer sheets at my request, made me some coffee and stayed around after my late check-in (8pm!) to ensure I was taken care of. Legend. I can HIGHLY recommend 27 on Milton with absolute certainty...say Hi for me to Eddie and Miss L when you arrive!! 😎❤️🌍🇿🇦"

"I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."
