"This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was nice. The location is a little off the beaten path, but still a convenient drive to restaurants and entertainment."

"Property is very convenient to Yellowstone National Park. Had an issue with the shower that was fixed while we were at the park. Debbie will only allow certain people to check in early. My husband asked to check in at 3 pm (an hour early) and it was a rude no. While he was standing in the lobby two younger men were allowed to check in. Had to deal with Debbie one more time about the shower which was not exactly pleasant, but the shower did get fixed. The gentleman and lady who worked in the evening were very nice, and took the time to go over different food options. They couldn’t have been more pleasant! Those two are why this hotel earned my stars. Room was dusty but overall not a bad stay. "
"Location is great. Everything is within walking distance. The carpet is old and dirty. We had hard time to pull the blinds down, eventually the staff helped us to pull it down. I like they use the last four digits of our phone number as the key code and don’t have to tell them when we left before 7am. "
"The staff here are very friendly, the environment is clean, and the food is quite good. If I have the chance to come again, I will definitely visit again."
"The inn was built in 1903 and opened in 1904. It is absolutely incredible to see what they built at the time. The wood structure is beautiful and it really is a treat to stay there and be able to walk over to Old faithful and all the other geysers and springs. It was a treat to stay one night. I wouldn't stay more than a night but it's great to stay because after 5pm it clears out and at 6am hiking along the trails to see the pools and geysers and seeing a sunset with very few people was a treat. Highly recommended. "
"Loved this hotel, wonderful cabin experience along with cool Native American art. So quiet and comfy, best night sleep I've had in ages. But what made this a 5* experience was the service. The receptionist Ashlen was so friendly, gave me great local recommendations that completely paid off. I'd 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone."
