"I tried to book a hotel with an airport shuttle from DFW. I didn't discover until after that their shuttle didn't run to DFW. Because of this I was unable to get to the hotel and they were unwilling to sign a waiver to allow Expedia to cancel the reservation. I had to book a room elsewhere and ended up paying for two rooms in the same night. I know they didn't technically have to cancel it, but it's just good customer service when they are able to."

"The staff were fantastic although they were understaffed. First room we were assigned had the broken lock and the toilet would not flush correctly. They had no staff to fix our issues so we were given another room. It was fine but the a/c couldn’t keep up with the humidity so it felt damp. The breakfast was poorly lacking in variety. If it were not for the friendly, delightful and accommodating staff we would have given it a lower rating."

"My room had an odd smell, room was “complete” with what is needed bu very disheveled and beat up, shower didn’t fully close, and toilet was leaking at the base. I was there for 2 nights and had a room with a window but it looked into the hotel - super odd. Stay at the La Quinta next door would be my advice."

"The first room I stayed in smelled like mold or mildew. I had to ask to be moved. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and I didn’t have to park."
