"It didn’t start off well when we arrived, valet and then went back to the car to find our phone charger taken. After a couple of days, even after daily housekeeping, no soap, although we asked for replacement. Mornings, complimentary coffee was almost out or out, at 8am."

"Overall it was ok. Would I recommend? Not really. There was a dirty glass on the kitchen counter upon checking in. We had one shower towel each for five days. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. We each had only one head pillow and rest were all decorative pillows which are unusable for us."
